The internal computer system of the single machine state provides the functions of fluorescence intensity measurement, concentration direct reading, automatic zero adjustment, and automatic background deduction. The on-line state can be controlled by qualitative/quantitative software, and data acquisition and analysis can be performed using a USB2.0 interface. The normalization function of fluorescence value in quantitative analysis can eliminate the problem of unequal fluorescence value among different fluorescence photometers. The emission spectrum wavelength scanning menu offers features such as map scaling, multi-map comparison, Atlas operation, peak valley detection, peak area calculation, and 1-4 order derivative spectral functions. The quantitative test menu can use the standard curve method and undetermined coefficient method to detect sample concentration.
The high-brightness LED serves as the excitation light source, with an excitation wavelength range of 250nm to 600nm. The standard set of excitation wavelengths includes 365nm, 376nm, 392nm, and 405nm. The emission monochromator employs a C-T configuration diffraction grating design, with an emission wavelength range of 200nm to 650nm and a bandwidth of 10nm. There is an optional extension of the monochromator to 200-900nm. The emission wavelength accuracy is ±1nm, and the emission wavelength reproducibility is ≤0.5nm. The intelligent pre-scanning function can quickly display the spectral information of unknown samples, automatically exclude the influence of other scattering peaks and frequency-doubling peaks, and determine the best measurement parameters and locate the fluorescence emission peak.
